"BoRoS IV" is an inspection system specialized for manufacturing sites with low production quantities, capable of transporting up to 80 bottles per minute, depending on the bottle material and shape. Compared to the method of installing multiple inspection machines on a straight line without rotating the bottles, this system reduces the number of cameras and lighting, thereby cutting costs. Additionally, compared to the method of rotating bottles using rotary (index) pocket transport, it requires no screws and has fewer parts that contact the bottles. This allows the bottles to be slightly lifted and rotated, reducing the dead zone near the bottom.
